Diplomatic Visa is
given to foreign nationals bearing a diplomatic passport, for the conduct
of diplomatic assignments in Indonesia. Requests for a Diplomatic Visa
must be submitted via an Indonesian Diplomatic Mission abroad, by
fulfilling the requirements. For a certain assignment, a visa will be
issued after obtaining the necessary approval. Diplomatic Visa is only for single entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Application form
must be completed with a passport size photograph.
- A photocopy of the passport.
- Diplomatic note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
the Slovak Republic for Slovak Diplomatic passport or diplomatic note from the Embassy/High Commissioner for other
foreign nationals, confirming the person's diplomatic assignment,
explaining the position of the applicant and duration of stay in
Indonesia.
- Diplomatic passport must be valid
for at least 6 (six) months after the date of entry.
- Passport must be presented.
