Diplomatic Visa is given to foreign nationals bearing a diplomatic passport, for the conduct of diplomatic assignments in Indonesia. Requests for a Diplomatic Visa must be submitted via an Indonesian Diplomatic Mission abroad, by fulfilling the requirements. For a certain assignment, a visa will be issued after obtaining the necessary approval.  Diplomatic Visa is only for single entry.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Application form must be completed with a passport size photograph.
2. A photocopy of the passport.
3. Diplomatic note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic for Slovak Diplomatic passport or diplomatic note from the Embassy/High Commissioner for other foreign nationals, confirming the person's diplomatic assignment, explaining the position of the applicant and duration of stay in Indonesia.
4. Diplomatic passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months after the date of entry.
5. Passport must be presented.
