Editors/Journalist
of Foreign Media (print/electronic): newspapers, magazines, news agencies,
radio/television as well as film/video producers, including members of
their crew, further referred to as film producers who intend to conduct a
journalistic coverage/visit/assignment in Indonesia should apply for a
permit from the government of Indonesia via Indonesian Representatives in
Slovakia c/o Information Section of the Embassy. A single or
multiple entry journalistic visa
will be issued for stay in Indonesia for up to 60 (sixty) days.
REQUIREMENTS:

Two sided application form
fully completed in
duplicate with two passport size photographs.

Application forms for Journalistic
Visit, Curriculum Vitae and List of Filming Equipments
(click to d/l the form) and a Statement
must be completed.

A photocopy of the
travel document (passport).

Passport must be valid for at least
6 (six) months after the date of entry.

A covering letter from the Company
in Slovakia explaining the position of the applicant, the purpose of
visit and duration of stay. If deemed necessary, a guarantee of the
availability of funds to cover living expenses while in Indonesia.

A copy of the airline
ticket/itinerary from the travel agent.

Visa fee.

Visa shall be granted upon the approval by
the authority in
Indonesia.

Passport must be presented.
