SERVICE VISA

Since July 31, 2010 Slovak Diplomatic and Service passports are not required to have visa to enter Indonesian territory.

Service Visa is given to foreign nationals bearing an official/service passport, on assignment to Indonesia for non-diplomatic purposes. Requests for a Service Visa must be submitted through an Indonesian Diplomatic Mission abroad, by fulfilling the requirements. For a certain assignment, visa will be issued after obtaining the necessary approval. Service Visa is only for single entry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Application form must be completed with a passport size photograph.
  2. A photocopy of the passport.
  3. Diplomatic note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic and or official letter from the relevant government department in the foreign country confirming the person's assignment, explaining the position of the applicant and duration of stay in Indonesia.
  4. Official/Service passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months after the date of entry.
  5. Passport must be presented.

Note: The diplomatic & Service visas are free of charge.
