A tourist visa is valid if presented within 3 (three) months from the date of issuance (Max. stay is 60 days and cannot be extended). It is given to persons who intend to have a holiday/leisure purposes in Indonesia other than the exempted foreign nationals (Free Visa for Short Visit). This type of visa will also be granted to persons who are employed in the tourism area (to arrange and accompany a tourist group, to promote tourism in Indonesia, etc). Tourist visa is not a working visa and cannot be converted into any other type of visa.

• Single entry visa will be issued for up to 60 days validity from the day of arrival in Indonesia and and 90 days of validity.

• Multiple entries visa will be issued for up to one year visa validity with 60 days maximum stay for each visit. 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Two sided application form must be completed with a passport size photograph.
2. Passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months on the date of entry to Indonesia and to be presented to the embassy staff.
3. A photocopy of the travel document (passport).
4. A copy of the airline ticket or itinerary from the travel agent.
5. If deemed necessary, a guarantee of the availability of funds to cover the living expenses while in Indonesia.

Note:
No entry of dogs, cats and other animals from Slovakia into the rabies-free areas of Indonesia including Bali.
